This is the account deletion page for Country Simulator: Nation War by Insoola Games, the Android app on Google Play. It also applies to the same game on the web.
Delete Your Account in the Game
Open your nation profile, then click Delete Account. Type DELETE and click Delete Account again.
We delete your account right away. Every device that is logged in to it is logged out.
What We Delete
- Your nation: its name, flag, capital, leader, lands, citizens and items
- Your Influence, Coins and progress in every Age
- Your game history, decisions and tutorial progress
- Your chat messages, your alliance seat, and your alliance invites and applications
- Your login link, email address, location, device details and notification settings
What We Keep
- Purchase records: what you bought, when, and the price. Tax law makes us keep them for up to 10 years. They no longer show your name, email or login.
- Trades, contests and alliance wars you took part in. They are part of other players' history, so we keep them while the game runs. They show an anonymous name instead of your nation's name.
- Network addresses we blocked for breaking the rules. We keep the block to protect other players, without any link to your account.
- An alliance you founded stays for its members. If you were its Warlord, the seat passes to the member with the highest seat. An alliance with no members left closes.
If You Cannot Open the Game
Email ben@insoola.org from the email address on your account. If your account has no email, send your nation name and your User ID. Your User ID is at the bottom of your nation profile.
We delete the account within 30 days.
