Country Simulator is a browser-based geopolitical strategy game where users create and govern virtual nations. The Service includes both free and paid features. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Accounts
You may play Country Simulator without creating an account. Optionally, you may register an account through our authentication provider, Xsolla, using email or third-party sign-in (such as Google). By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the Service
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or design flaws for unfair advantage

- Use offensive or inappropriate names for countries or other in-game content
- Attempt to purchase, sell, or trade accounts or virtual currency outside the Service
5. Virtual Currency and Purchases
The Service offers a virtual currency called "Influence" that can be purchased with real money through our payment provider, Xsolla. By making a purchase, you also agree to Xsolla's Terms.
Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money. All purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, and functionality of virtual currency at any time.
If the Service is discontinued, any unused virtual currency will be forfeited. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency due to account suspension, termination, or discontinuation of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are the exclusive property of Country Simulator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Service without prior written permission.
7. User Content
Any content you create within the Service (such as country names and flag designs) remains associated with your game session or account. We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
8. Data and Game Progress
Your game progress is stored in your browser's local storage and on our servers. If you have an account, your progress is associated with your account. We are not responsible for any loss of game data due to browser settings, device changes, or technical issues.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Country Simulator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or virtual currency, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Country Simulator, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
